Welcome to Kaullege!

These rules are important for using the Kaullege website. If you don’t agree with these rules, please don’t use the site. By using the Kaullege website, we assume you agree to follow these rules.

Using this platform implies agreement to these rules, regardless of registration. These terms, plus the Privacy Policy, control platform usage. By accessing it, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms. This encompasses comments, reviews on your student experience, and shared information.

We have the right to change these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy whenever we decide. It’s your responsibility to check them periodically to stay informed about any changes. Make sure you’re familiar with the latest version of the Terms of Use for our platforms, products, and services.

1. Registration/Password

1.1 Certain sections of our platform are accessible to all users. However, to utilize features such as community contributions, eBook downloads, applying to institutions, accessing tests, and using tools, you need to register for free.

1.2 To become a member, you need to confirm that you’re over 18 years old. If you’re under 18, please check Section 3 for more information.

1.3 You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information about yourself during registration and at any other time. If we discover that you’ve given false or misleading information, we have the right to terminate your membership and access to our platform.

1.4 When you register, you agree to share your contact details with the platform’s partners/business associates. This means you may receive promotional communication, including calls, emails, SMS, WhatsApp, or other forms, from the platform or any of its partners or business associates.

1.5 When you register on our platform, you’ll need to create a username and password. It’s your responsibility to keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone else. Kaullege is not liable for any consequences related to the use or misuse of your password, whether with or without your knowledge or consent. If you suspect someone else knows or is using your password, change it immediately and inform us by emailing kaullege@gmail.com.

1.6 If you forget your password, you can use the option to reset it. If that doesn’t work, please send an email to kaullege@gmail.com for assistance.

1.7 We retain the right to cancel your username/password at any time if we suspect unauthorized use by a person or entity.

2. Your use of our platforms

2.1 All materials on the platform, whether from Kaullege or third-party contributors, are copyrighted. Unauthorized actions, including copying, reproducing, distributing, or transmitting any materials, are strictly prohibited without explicit written permission.

2.2 Reproducing or retransmitting any elements on the platform, including logos, graphics, sounds, or images, is strictly prohibited without prior express written permission from Kaullege.

2.3 You agree that the following actions are not allowed:

Unauthorized actions, such as copying, downloading, sharing, or exploiting content on the Platforms, are strictly prohibited if they don’t comply with the specified terms and conditions.
By submitting our web form, you agree to receive promotional calls on the provided number, and these calls and SMS may come from a third-party platform.
Utilizing or exploiting the Platforms, along with their content, data, information, or test preparation material, for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Kaullege, and engaging in business activities competing with Kaullege, is strictly prohibited.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform that is not intended for your use is strictly prohibited.
Prohibitions include the use of software, automated programs, or any process to access, navigate, copy, download, crawl, scrape, or extract data, content, information, or test preparation material from the Platform through any means.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, deciphering, or deriving the source code for the Platform is strictly prohibited.
Impersonating any other person or entity or making any misrepresentation of the information shared about you is strictly prohibited.
Stalking, threatening, spamming, or harassing any other user of the Platform in any manner is strictly prohibited.

2.4 In these terms, “content” refers to all materials downloaded from our platforms, covering data, text, logos, artwork, software, documents, images, photographs, and learning material. It also includes any uploaded material, such as information about yourself, comments on your student experience, and study interests.

2.5 You must ensure that any content you submit to our platforms

You must ensure that any content you submit to our platforms does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights. “Intellectual property rights” include various rights like copyright, database rights, trademarks, design rights, and others, both registered and unregistered, along with applications for such rights worldwide.
You must ensure that any content you submit to our platforms does not breach any applicable law.
The content you submit to our platforms must not be defamatory, profane, sexually or racially offensive discriminating, harassing, threatening, obscene, pornographic, false, unreliable, misleading, or otherwise objectionable in our opinion.
The content you submit to our platforms must not disrupt the online community.

2.6 You agree that you will not use our platforms to:

You agree not to use our platforms for commercial purposes or to gain financial benefits without obtaining our prior written consent.
You agree not to use our platforms to send chain letters, junk mail, ‘spam’, business or bulk communications of any kind.
You agree not to use our platforms to advertise a company, product, or service of any educational establishment, except under the terms of a written advertiser agreement that we have entered into with you.
You agree not to use our platforms in a way that might reasonably be expected to cause another person’s computer systems and/or communications network to be interrupted, damaged, or rendered less efficient.
You agree not to use our platforms to obtain personal information from users in a non-transparent or deceptive way.
You agree not to use our platforms to obtain passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.
You agree not to use our platforms to attempt to impersonate another user.
You agree not to use our platforms to harass, threaten, or intimidate any user.

2.7 It is your responsibility to log out from your registered account at the end of each session on our platform.

2.8 If you are a visitor, you agree not to gain unauthorized access to exclusive areas of our platform meant for members.

2.9 If you come across anything on our platform that seems to violate these terms, you agree to contact us immediately.

2.10. If you are a university, college, school, educational service provider, or any other entity partnered with Kaullege, where Kaullege shares details of students expressing a desire to apply for your programs:

You will comply with all applicable data protection laws regarding the processing of personal data. You agree not to process personal data unlawfully or excessively, keeping in line with the agreed purposes as defined in the privacy policy and these terms and conditions.
You must implement sufficient technical and organizational controls to safeguard the personal data shared by Kaullege against unauthorized or unlawful processing, as well as accidental loss, destruction, damage, alteration, or disclosure.
You guarantee and declare that the institution will not disclose or transfer Personal Data obtained from the Company to any sub-processors without ensuring adequate and equivalent safeguards for the Personal Data.
You agree to retain or process shared Personal Data for no longer than necessary to fulfil the agreed purposes.

3. Under 18 years of age

3.1 If you are under 18 years of age and wish to become a member, you must obtain permission from a parent or guardian before registering on our platform. It’s advisable to discuss these terms with them before seeking their permission.

3.2 If you are a member under 18 years of age, you must obtain permission from a parent or guardian before participating in any online discussions. It’s important not to disclose personal information about yourself, such as your address, telephone number, school name, etc., to other users.

3.3 You must be at least 13 years old to register on our platforms. We do not intentionally collect, record, or maintain the personal information of those under 13 years of age.

4. Content posted

4.1 The views expressed in the user content section do not represent the views of the Kaullege team. Our role is limited to providing the platform, and we are not responsible for any user-generated content. You acknowledge that the responsibility for such content lies with the person or entity who posted, emailed, or provided it to our platforms. If you post, email, upload, or provide content, you are entirely responsible for it.

4.2 We do not automatically endorse, support, encourage, or agree with the opinions, advice, statements, or other information or content posted by you.

4.3 By submitting content, you grant Kaullege a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish it. You also waive moral rights, allowing adaptation without objection to derogatory treatment or author identification.

4.4 We follow a “Notice and Takedown” procedure. If you believe any content is objectionable or infringes rights, please email us immediately. We will investigate each case and take action at our discretion.

4.5 We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to alter, edit, remove, suspend, or refuse any content without notice if we deem it objectionable, a violation of these terms, or for any other reason.

4.6 If you post content that is found to be in breach of these terms, we reserve the right to deactivate your username and password to prevent you from further access to our platform as a member.

4.7 We may preserve or disclose the content and your details as well as any content to any third party, if such disclosure is necessary

To maintain our website;
By law; or
To respond to claims that our platform infringes or restricts the rights of any party

4.8 Our platforms are not responsible in any manner whatsoever for how any search engine — such as Google, Bing etc. — caches or displays the comments posted by you.

5. Intellectual property rights

5.1 All content, trademarks, and materials on the Website, Application, and Products/services are Kaullege’s proprietary Intellectual Property, protected by Indian laws.

5.2 You may view, print, download or temporarily store such content for your personal, non-commercial reference without alteration, addition or deletion. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise transfer such content. You acknowledge that you will not acquire any intellectual property rights by downloading or otherwise using any such content

5.3 All other trademarks, service marks and logos used on the Platforms are trademarks, service marks and logos of their respective owners such as universities, colleges, schools, educational service providers, organizations etc.

5.4 Kaullege respects the intellectual property rights of any third party. If we receive any communication about any possible infringement of any intellectual property right of any third party, we shall remove the infringing content from the Platforms and terminate the account of the associated user.

5.5 When you submit content on the Platforms, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and communicate to the public such content.

6. E-learning / Test Preparation Products

6.1 The Company reserves the right to monitor and analyze user usage of e-learning/test preparation products. Communication may occur for seeking feedback and mentoring to enhance effective and efficient usage of the acquired application/products by the user.

6.2 The Application/products align with exam syllabi but aren’t a substitute for institutional education. They aim to supplement understanding. Purchasing does not guarantee admission, exam success, or specific marks.

6.3 When you enrol for any test preparation product, you may be asked to upload a profile picture, submit a verifying phone number, enrollment number of the entrance exam etc.

6.4 Kaullege makes no warranty that: (a) the Site will meet your requirements; (b) the Site will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis; (c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the site or any services offered through the Platforms will be accurate or reliable.

6.5 Regarding test preparation products or services, every effort has been made to offer the current, correct, and clearly expressed information possible. Nevertheless, inadvertent errors may occur. Kaullege disclaims any responsibility for any errors and accuracy of the information that may be contained in the Platforms / Products / Services. Any feedback from the User is most welcome to make the Platforms / Products / Services and contents thereof error-free and user-friendly.

6.6 Kaullege also reserves the right and discretion to make any changes/corrections or withdraw/add contents at any time without notice. Neither Kaullege nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on the Platforms for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6.7 You will not use the Platforms/products/services for commercial purposes of any kind or of any unlawful purposes or in a way that harms Kaullege and/or its interests (express or implied)

7. Mobile Services

Subscribers using this service are considered to have consented to abide by all applicable terms and conditions. The decisions made by Kaullege concerning all transactions under this service will be final and binding, with no correspondence entertained in this regard.

Your mobile phone number will be used during the transmission of text messages or calls through the mobile service provider’s server for Telephony/SMS Service.
The subscriber understands that he/she can avail of SMS Services at his/her discretion and the said service shall be availed in such options as are made available by Kaullege from time to time.
By submitting our web form, you agree to receive promotional calls on the number shared, and such calls and SMS would be coming from a third-party platform.
This service is subject to guidelines/directions issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory authority as applicable from time to time.
The SMS or its contents once sent for availing the SMS services shall be treated as final and the same cannot be withdrawn, changed or retrieved subsequently under any circumstances.
WAP Services enable you to access our Services and to submit and/or receive Content through your wireless Device. Your access to our WAP Services may be dependent on the wireless Device you use to access the applicable WAP services.
Kaullege reserves the right to modify/delete the account contents at its discretion without prior notice if the contents of the profile are deemed unfit for broadcast.
The users specifically note and agree that the content and service or part thereof may be varied, added, withdrawn, withheld or suspended by Kaullege at its sole discretion without prior notice to the users.
Kaullege shall not be liable for any costs, loss or damage (whether direct or indirect), or for loss of revenue, loss of profits or any consequential loss whatsoever as a result of the user using the Service.
No reversal of deducted charges shall be allowed under any circumstances.
The users shall remain solely responsible for all content, information, and data originating from the users. They are transmitted via the Service (content), and the users shall accordingly indemnify Kaullege and/or the Operator, against all third-party claims relating to the user’s content or due to the user’s act, negligence or omission.
You are bound by the terms and conditions as mentioned herein and as stated on the site.
Message delivery is conditional to the Mobile operator’s technical infrastructure and its network uptime.
By using various SMS-based services from
Kaullege you agree to receive phone calls, messages/WhatsApp etc. from Kaullege and/or its associates
Subscribing or using various paid/free services of Kaullege on SMS/Voice/WAP either directly or indirectly doesn’t in any manner guarantee the user admission into any institution.
By agreeing to register for Kaullege Mobile alerts, a user allows Kaullege to get in touch with him/her from time to time to share information about events or offers regarding careers, admissions, jobs and ancillary services on mobile. This can include exciting offers, information, as well as promotions.
The subscriber shall be required to comply with all directions/instructions etc. issued by the Company relating to the network, the services and any/all matters connected therewith and provide the Company all other and further information and co-operation as the Company may require from time to time.

8. Cookies

When we provide services, we want to make them easy, useful and reliable. Where services are delivered on the internet, this sometimes involves placing small amounts of information on your device, for example, a computer or mobile phone. These include small files known as ‘cookies. They cannot be used to identify you personally. These pieces of information are used to improve services for you through, for example:

Enabling Kaullege to recognize your device so you don’t have to give the same information several times during one task and presenting you with the most relevant courses, programs, reviews and scholarships.
Recognizing that you may already have given a username and password so you don’t need to do it for every web page requested, for example when enquiring for universities and colleges.
Measuring how many people are using our sites, so they can be made easier to use and there’s enough capacity to ensure they are fast.

9. Payment Terms for the Paid products

9.1 Before payment, the user will view the payable amount for products such as Counseling, Test preparation, Common Form, etc. Full payment for any Kaullege products or services must be completed before accessing the programs or services unless explicitly stated otherwise. The user is solely responsible for evaluating the suitability and relevance of the purchased product or service on our Platform.

9.2 We generate system-generated invoices about the products or services purchased on our Platforms. The amount payable by the user is inclusive of all the taxes, as applicable.

9.3 If you have the option to make payments through instalments or staggered payments, and if the payment is not received within the specified periods, Kaullege reserves the right to suspend your access to the Program until the payment is made.

9.4 In the event of any suspension or termination of services on account of non-compliance of these Terms of Use, any payment made to the Company by you shall stand forfeited with immediate effect

9.5 It is the sole responsibility of the user enrolling into a program or availing a subscription/service to check the accuracy of, and evaluate the suitability and relevance of the program selected. The enrolment into a program and applications submitted through Common Form are non-transferable.

9.6 To make a payment for any program or purchase services/products on the Kaullege platform, you need internet access and a valid accepted payment method. Kaullege does not store your payment information and partners with payment gateways for processing payments. Using a third-party payment provider is subject to their terms. If the provider stores information, it’s at your discretion, and Kaullege is not responsible. Any loss incurred due to such information usage is your responsibility, and Kaullege is not liable. You agree to pay the applicable fees for payments made through the platform.

9.7 Failure to pay may result in withdrawal of your access to a program/service. Depending on where you transact with us, the type of payment method used and where your payment was issued, your transaction with us may be subject to foreign exchange fees or exchange rates. Kaullege does not support all payment methods, currencies or locations for payment. All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide to us at the time of enrolment/purchase.

10. Refund / Cancellation Policy

Amount paid towards products purchased will neither be refunded nor adjusted under any circumstance. Our customer service team would be available to address any concerns related to the product and services rendered by us.

If you’ve purchased products under the ‘guaranteed success’ facility, the amount will be refunded if the minimum guarantee promised is not met. This is contingent upon your engagement with the portal for a minimum number of hours and completing a specified minimum number of tests associated with each package sold under this facility.

Refund & Return Policy for Kaullege Shop

We do not provide a refund or replacement if you change your Mind.

No return will be permitted for E-books unless there is a major problem or defect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 2 days from the date of purchase, specifically for products with defects. To initiate a return, please contact us at mail@kaullege.com for approval.

We reserve the right to deny refunds to the sender without prior return approval. Only items with defects will be accepted for return within 2 days from the date of purchase.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend Kaullege and associated parties from claims, losses, damages, and expenses resulting from platform use, intellectual property infringement, or violation of the Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

12.1 In no event shall the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners, advertisers, licensors, suppliers or agents be liable to you or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data or profits or any other claim arising out, of or in connection with, your use of, or access to the Platforms

12.2 Except as required by law, we will not be liable for any direct losses or damages arising in contract, tort (including negligence) and for any reason

12.3 Except as required by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or revenue. Our liability is excluded, irrespective of whether such losses or damages arise in the normal course of events, whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and whether they arise in contract or tort (including negligence) for any reason.

12.4 Our platforms bear no responsibility for any accident, injury or loss of life to any individual or group of people resulting from accessing the information hosted on its network of websites

13. Governing Law

The terms and conditions are subject to and will be interpreted according to the laws of India. Any disputes arising here shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of law in Noida, India.

You acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may choose not to become a user of our Platforms.
