NMC Publishes Medical Course Seat Matrix: The National Medical Commission (NMC) has released the provisional number of seats available for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) medical programs. This encompass both broad and super specialty courses, for the academic year 2024-25. The revised information, current as of March 31, 2025, is now accessible on the official NMC website for review by stakeholders.
The NMC has instructed colleges and institutions to confirm the seat counts assigned to them and to report any inconsistencies within a 15-day period. Institutions required to send corrections, along with the necessary documentation. To the Medical Assessment and Rating Board (MARB) via email at ds-marb@nmcindia.gov.in and ug-marb@nmcindia.gov.in.

The Commission has cautioned that neglecting to report discrepancies could affect the accurate updating of student information on the NMC Admission Portal.
