NEET UG Documents: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the notification and application procedure for the NEET UG examination. The application window will open on February 7 and close on March 7. The NEET UG 2025 examination is scheduled for May 4, 2025. Interested candidates may submit their applications through the official website, neet.nta.nic.in.
NEET UG 2025 Documents
Candidates can log in using the system-generated Application Number and their pre-created password to complete the Application Form, which includes the following steps:

- Providing complete personal information
- Selecting the medium for the Question Paper and preferred Examination cities
- Entering details regarding Educational Qualifications
- Uploading necessary images and documents
- Submitting a scanned image of a recent passport-sized photograph (taken after January 1, 2025)
- Uploading the signature, as well as left and right-hand fingerprints and thumb impressions
- Including a social category certificate or indicating that an application has made
- Providing the Class X Marksheet and Class X passing certificate or equivalency certificate(s) for converting CGPA/Grades into percentage, along with proof of date of birth and PWBD/PWD Certificate (if applicable)
Important instructions for document uploads:
- The recent photograph must be in color, showing 80% of the face (without a mask) and including the ears, set against a white background.
- All uploaded images should be in PDF, JPG, or JPEG format and must be clearly legible.

Candidates, advised to verify their photograph and signature before submitting the Application Form. If the photograph or signature unclear or not identifiable, the application will rejected, and no corrections or revisions will allowed.
