Minimum Class 12 Percentage Required for NEET 2025

Moreover, the minimum Class 12 percentage criteria for NEET 2025 categorized as follows: General, Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD/PwBD).
General Category
Candidates belonging to the General Category must achieve a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, as well as Biology/Biotechnology in their Class 12 examinations.
