- The scanned images must meet the following size specifications:
- Postcard-sized photographs: 10kb-200kb
- Thumb impressions (both left and right hand): 10kb-200kb
- Signature: 10kb-50kb
- Category Certificate: 50kb-300kb
- Class 10 Certificate: 50kb-300kb

Medical Certificate Specifications
- A medical certificate, required to issued by a panel consisting of five physicians, and a scanned copy must uploaded, with a file size between 50kb and 300kb.
- Furthermore, an additional medical certificate must signed by two physicians, and its scanned copy should also uploaded within the 50kb to 300kb range.
- The scanned copy of the identification proof should be between 10kb and 200kb.
