Cut-off Drops for MP Government Medical Colleges: Last year, the NEET cut-off for MBBS admissions in government medical colleges in Madhya Pradesh experienced a decline. The state will allocate MBBS seats in its 15 government medical colleges based on NEET rankings. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will oversee the allocation of All India Quota (AIQ) seats in these institutions through NEET Counselling 2025. Madhya Pradesh aims to fill 2,400 MBBS seats in its government colleges. Furthermore, the state is home to 12 private medical colleges, as reported by the Ministry of Health in the Lok Sabha.
In the previous year, a total of 1,36,098 students from Madhya Pradesh registered for NEET UG, with 1,31,525 actually taking the exam. Out of these, 60,065 students successfully qualified. The average score among those who qualified was 323.55 out of 720, while the minimum qualifying score for the unreserved (UR) category was 164, according to last year’s results.
