New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has confirm the released date for the NEET UG 2025 admit card. As per the official announcement, candidates can access their admit cards starting from 1 May 2025. However, the NEET UG examination set to take place on 4 May 2025 in various locations throughout India. Candidates are required to download their admit cards from the official website: neet.nta.nic.in. Additionally, the exam city slip will be available for download by 26 April 2025.
Instructions for Downloading the NEET UG 2025 Admit Card
To download your admit card, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the official website neet.nta.nic.in.
- On the homepage, locate the public notice section and click on the link for the NEET UG 2025 Admit Card.
- A new page will open. Enter your application number, password, and captcha code to log in.
- Your admit card will be displayed on the screen. Review it thoroughly for any errors.
- Download the admit card and print it for future reference.
The admit card is crucial as it includes important information such as the candidate’s name, exam location, date, time, and examination instructions. Candidates must adhere to the guidelines provided in the hall ticket. In case the admit card lost, candidates can re-download it from the official website as many times as necessary.
Retrieving Credentials
- Application Number: If you forget your registration number, use the “Forgot registration number” link on the official website and provide your name, parent’s name, date of birth, and category. The application number will sent to your registered email address.
- Password: You can reset your password through the “Forgot password” link by using either an OTP or by answering your security question.

What to Do if You Encounter Issues Downloading the Admit Card
If candidates experience difficulties in released admit card downloading, they should email neetug2025@nta.ac.in for support. Assistance will be available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Exam Day Guidelines
- Required Documents:
- NEET admit card (signed by a parent)
- Passport-sized photograph (as specified in the application form)
- Valid identification proof (e.g., Aadhaar Card, PAN card, etc.)
- PwD certificate (if applicable)
- Prohibited Items: Candidates not allowed to bring electronic devices, calculators, written materials, food items, or metallic objects into the examination center.
- Reporting Time: Candidates should arrive at the center at least one hour prior to the scheduled time to prevent any last-minute complications. The gates will close at 1:30 PM.
- Verification: Biometric verification will implemented to prevent any malpractice during the examination.
Important Notes for Candidates
- The admit card will not mailed, and no duplicate admit cards will be provided at the examination center. Ensure you download it from the official website.
- Candidates strongly encouraged to keep the printed admit card secure and bring it to the exam hall on the day of the examination.
- Entry will be denied without the admit card, and candidates must adhere to all instructions outlined in the documents.
- Incomplete applications will not receive an admit card, and candidates must meet the eligibility criteria to obtain it.
- The NTA has stressed the importance of thoroughly reviewing the guidelines.
- Candidates also advised against making any modifications to the admit card and to maintain it in good condition.
As the exam date approaches, NEET UG 2025 candidates encouraged to finalize their preparations and ensure their admit card is downloaded well ahead of time.
