Ayush NEET UG Counselling

Ayush NEET UG Counselling is organized by the Ayush Admission Central Counselling Committee (AACCC). This counselling process occurs at both the national and state levels. However, admission to Ayush courses is contingent upon the NEET UG Scorecard. And only candidates who have qualified in NEET UG are eligible to apply or participate in the Ayush counselling for BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, as well as BSMS for the year 2024. Meanwhile, the Ayush NEET Counselling ensures that 100% of the seats in national, private, and central universities, filled.

The AACCC, operating under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, New Delhi. Facilitates online counselling for the allocation of All India Quota (AIQ) seats for undergraduate programs (BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, BHMS) as well as postgraduate courses (MD, MS). Likewise, this encompasses seats in government and government-aided institutions (15%), deemed universities (100%), central universities, and national institutes specializing in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homeopathy, along with institutional quota postgraduate seats at Banaras Hindu University. To engage in the AACCC Counselling process for admission to Ayush colleges in India. Further, under the 15% All India quota, candidates must achieve a qualifying score in NEET UG 2024. Eligibility Criteria for Mop-Up Round

Ayush NEET UG Counselling 2024 Procedure

Candidates are encouraged to visit the official portal of the Ayush Admission Central Counselling Committee (AACCC). To register for Ayush NEET UG Counselling 2024. The following is a step-by-step guide to the counselling process:

  • Candidate Registration: Register at the official website – https://aaccc.gov.in/
  • Choice Filling and Locking (Round One): Candidates must select their preferred courses as well as colleges. Subsequently locking in their choices on the online portal.
  • Seat Allotment Result (Round One): The results for seat allotment will published online. Reflecting available vacancies and the candidates’ preferences.
  • Reporting to College: Candidates who are allotted a seat in the first round must either accept the assigned seat or report to the designated college to complete the admission formalities.
  • New Registration (Round Two): This is for candidates who were unable to register during the first round of counselling.
  • Fresh Choice Filling and Locking (Round Two): It is important to note that candidates who are allotted a seat in the second round of counselling (15% AIQ Quota) will not be allowed to vacate their seats, as per the directives issued by the Supreme Court of India.

Ayush Mop-Up Round Counselling

  • The Mop-Up Round will conducted in an offline format.
  • Candidates must present in person for the counselling process; no representatives will be permitted under any circumstances. Entry will be denied to candidates without admit cards or entry passes.

Categories of Seats in AACCC UG Counselling

  • 15% All India Quota UG (BAMS/BUMS/BSMS/BHMS) seats allocated for government and government-aided institutions across all states as well as Union territories.
  • 100% seats designated for National and Central Institutes.
  • 100% UG (BAMS) seats available at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
  • 50% of BUMS seats at Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
  • 50% of BAMS and BHMS seats at North Eastern Institute of Ayurveda and Homoeopathy, Shillong, Meghalaya.
  • At last, 100% of undergraduate seats (BAMS/BUMS/BHMS) at all deemed universities.
